William H. Pandos
William Pandos is an Associate at Lavery, Selvaggi, Abromitis & Cohen. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pandos served as a law clerk to the Honorable John H. Pursel, J.S.C., Civil Division as well as the Honorable John F. Kingfield, J.S.C., Criminal Division in Warren County.
Mr. Pandos is a 2011 graduate of Villanova University where he received a liberal arts degree in political science. He received his J.D. from the Drexel University School of Law in 2014, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well before the District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In private practice, Mr. Pandos has experience in litigating civil rights actions, workplace discrimination claims, motor vehicle accidents, slips-and-falls, construction defect claims, and suits against public entities. He has also represented clients in municipal court on a variety of matters including traffic citations and DUI charges.
Mr. Pandos is actively involved in the community and has been a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with the Flemington-Raritan First Aid & Rescue Squad since 2006.
