James F. Moscagiuri
James Moscagiuri is a partner in the Firm’s litigation group. He has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2012 through 2015. This is a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of lawyers in New Jersey.
In connection with his practice, Mr. Moscagiuri represents clients in a wide range of business disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Moscagiuri has served a diverse clientele, ranging from multi-national corporations to regional and local businesses. Mr. Moscagiuri also represents individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, as well as municipal court matters such as DWI and other traffic infractions. Over the last several years, Mr. Moscagiuri has successfully defeated numerous multi-million dollar actions. He has also recovered significant settlements in connection with his personal injury cases.
Mr. Moscagiuri is a 1998 graduate of Rowan University where he received his degree in Law/Justice studies magna cum laude. Mr. Moscagiuri earned his law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was named on the Law School’s Dean’s list. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Moscagiuri served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Moscagiuri has been an adjunct professor of Business Law at Centenary College of New Jersey, a member of the Warren County Civil Practice Committee, and a volunteer wrestling coach in Hopatcong, New Jersey.
Mr. Moscagiuri has served on the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of Sussex County and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Warren County Bar Association, where he serves as a Trustee. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
